Several of them involve pure luck, such as killing an enemy (or even an NPC) and looting them in the hopes of finding one. However, there is one quest line that’s guaranteed to bag you one. This is the quest called The Jagged Crown. The quest is accessible on both the Stormcloak ... Copy one of the name of one of the files associated and search for it in your mods folder. Once it shows up right click the file and "open file location". At the top of file explorer will be the mod that caused the crash. You can either disable it or go through the same steps as above but with this different mod.
